EOS PA 11
A biobased PA 11 material featuring high ductility, high impact resistance and balanced property profile. Ideal for functional parts that require high elongation such as hinges, clips or buckles.

DuraForm® GF Plastic
A glass-filled engineering plastic with high stiffness for durable prototypes and low to mid-volume production parts that require elevated stiffness and heat resistance.

DuraForm® HST Composite
A fibre-reinforced engineering plastic with excellent stiffness and high temperature resistance, non-conductive and RF transparent. Ideal for rugged environments.

Copolymer
A nylon copolymer that offers properties similar to injection moulded plastic and features high impact resistance with high elongation at break in any direction, including Z.

PA 2210 FR
White polyamide 12 powder equipped with a halogen-free chemical flame retardant. At wall thicknesses above 3 mm, it meets the required fire protection class UL 94 / V-0.

Resin Materials (MSLA & SLA)
ClearVue (Large Format)
A transparent resin based material that replicates Polycarbonate and ABS. Features best-in-class clarity, high durability and water resistance for a wide range of applications. Can be tinted any colour.

Clear V5
An exceptionally clear and colour-neutral general purpose resin, offering an optimal balance of dimensional accuracy, fine detail, and a high-quality finish after post-processing.

Grey V5
An exceptionally versatile general purpose resin, offering an optimal balance of high accuracy, fine detail, strong mechanical properties, and a high-quality finish after post-processing.

White V5
An exceptionally versatile general purpose resin, offering an optimal balance of high accuracy, fine detail, strong mechanical properties, and a high-quality finish after post-processing.

Black V5
A black general-purpose resin offering an optimal balance of high accuracy, strong mechanical properties, and a presentation-ready surface finish that rivals injection moulding.

Tough 1500 V2
A stiff yet compliant material with toughness that rivals polypropylene, resisting fractures, impacts and shattering. Ideal for rugged enclosures, jigs and impact resistant fixtures.

Durable
Durable Resin is the most pliable, impact resistant, and lubricious material in the Formlabs functional family of Tough and Durable Resins. Choose Durable Resin for squeezable parts and low-friction assemblies.

Flexible 80A
Flexible 80A is the most stiff soft-touch material in the Formlabs library of Flexible and Elastic Resins, with an 80A Shore durometer to simulate the flexibility of rubber or TPU.

High Temp
High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238°C @ 0.45 MPa, the highest among Formlabs resins. Use it to print detailed, precise prototypes with high temperature resistance.

Flame Retardant
Stiff, creep-resistant, and functional plastic parts that perform well long-term in indoor and industrial environments. FR Resin is self-extinguishing and halogen-free with favourable flame, smoke, and toxicity (FST) ratings.

ESD
A static-dissipative resin for electronics manufacturing environments. Produces parts that protect sensitive components from unregulated static discharge and withstand daily production use. Well-suited to custom tooling, jigs, fixtures, and component handling trays.

Multi Jet Fusion Materials
PA 12 Black
MJF Nylon PA12 is a high-grade thermoplastic material. Ideal for creating parts with fine details, high density, and excellent strength-to-weight ratio. Featuring durability and precision, it’s a go-to material for functional prototypes and end-use parts.

PA 12 Natural (Grey)
MJF Nylon PA12 printed parts are naturally grey in colour. Typically MJF parts are tumbled and dyed black to produce great looking parts. All MJF parts feature excellent chemical resistance to oils, greases, aliphatic hydrocarbons and alkalis.

Pro Black 10
Production-grade additive manufacturing material with game-changing thermoplastic-like mechanical properties and long-term environmental stability. This versatile, rigid and heat-resistant material produces parts with incredible detail.

Rubber-65A Black
A mid-tear strength, production-grade rubber combined with Shore 65A hardness and a high elongation at break. Ideal for creating parts with slow rebound, for applications such as grips, handles, gaskets, seals, vibration dampening components and more.

High Temp 150C FR Black
A rigid, flame-retardant black material that can be used for production parts requiring UL94 V0 rating as well as FAR 25.853 and 23.853 capability. It provides long-term environmental stability with an injection moulded-like surface quality.

Tough 60C White
A biocompatible-capable production-grade white material with good impact strength, elongation, and tensile strength. It provides long-term environmental stability and long-lasting white colour with an injection moulded-like surface quality.

Medical Amber 10
A rigid, translucent amber material designed for medical and industrial applications where sterilisation, thermal resistance, and fluid flow visualisation are required. Meets ISO 10993-5 and -10 standards for biocompatibility (cytotoxicity, sensitisation and irritation).

Fused Deposition Modelling Materials
Onyx
A micro carbon fibre filled nylon that yields accurate parts with near flawless surface finish. Onyx produces parts that offer high strength, toughness, and chemical resistance.

Onyx FR
A flame-retardant variant of Onyx. The material earned a UL Blue Card, and is considered V-0 (self extinguishing) at thicknesses greater than or equal to 3mm.

ULTEM 9085
An extremely durable PEI thermoplastic that exhibits excellent flame, smoke, and toxicity (FST) characteristics. Ideal for production parts in aerospace applications.

Onyx with Carbon Fibre
Carbon Fibre is Markforged’s unique, ultra-high-strength Continuous Fibre — when laid into a Composite Base material like Onyx, it can yield parts as strong as 6061-T6 Aluminium.

Carbon Fibre FR
