Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

MJF uses fine nylon powder and fusing agents to rapidly build durable, detailed plastic parts layer by layer.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

SLS uses a high-powered laser to fuse powdered thermoplastic polymers.

It builds strong, detailed parts without support structures and allows thousands of parts to be efficiently nested in a single build.

Stereolithography (SLA)

This method uses a UV laser to cure a liquid resin layer by layer into solid parts. 

Known for creating parts with exceptional surface finish and fine detail, SLA is ideal for applications where accuracy and aesthetics matter.

Masked Stereolithography (MSLA)

MSLA, is a resin-based 3D printing process that uses an array of UV LEDs shining through an LCD screen to selectively cure resin, one full layer at a time.

MSLA offers outstanding visual detail, smooth surface finishes, and high dimensional accuracy. It’s ideal for concept models, small functional parts, and low-volume production.

Digital Light Processing (DLP)

Digital Light Processing technology, otherwise known under the branded name Figure 4, uses a projector to cure an entire layer of resin at once, enabling ultra-fast print speeds and high accuracy.

It delivers quality parts with fine detail, smooth finishes, and excellent repeatability.

Metal Printing (SLM)

Metal 3D printing uses advanced processes like selective laser melting (SLM) fuse metal powder into solid parts. It produces strong, functional metal components with complex geometries, ideal for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications where precision and performance are critical.
